What Roger Clemens Should Say to the Congressional Hearing

Mr. Chairman, I have read the Constitution and it does not grant you authority to ask the question or hold this hearing on my alleged steroid use. Therefore, I will exercise my rights as an American citizen under the Tenth Amendment, and my natural rights as a human being, and refuse to answer it.
The Constitution you have sworn your allegiance to gives the Congress few and specific powers. Prohibiting individual drug use is not one of them. This is clearly left to the states and to “the people,” as the Tenth Amendment says.

Well, it will be interesting to see how it all unfolds.
I was amazed to watch the testimony I must say. What amazed me most was how the Republicans all got on McNamee and the Democrats all got on Clemens. What a great waste of time that was and a further showing of how this government only focuses on things that will get them in the spotlight, but will solve none of the major issues.
And I didn’t know that these Congressmen were co-commissioners of the MLB. Wow!
The sheer arrogance of these crooks is truly astounding. They like to flex their muscles, and bully innocent people while they do it.
yeah, what are you guys doing over in the states??? I may never come home!
man oh man … it has been a long while since you have posted …
I know. One of these days I will start back up.
